Gen Z, teens and 20-somethings seem to be having a time of it. Mental health crises, depression, anxiety, disillusionment, lack of trust, and much of it rooted in cynicism, which sadly often leads to nihilism. In a word, many young Americans are struggling. Given widespread rejection of religious faith, unstable families, and world events like COVID, it is understandable, but this knowledge doesn't make it easier on them. They need help, especially biblical understanding that can restore perspective and grounding and hope. This piece isn't knocking them, just expressing concern for them and for the country.
